Established in 1981, Red Eye Records is Sydney's largest independent music retailer. Our mail order business has been very successful growing rapidly over the last ten years helping customers from all over the world find rare, out of print and unique Australian items. With this, our second build of our redesigned and expanded web site we list all new stock from shop one, most used stock from shop two and three, and rare items, collectables and unique Australian releases. PLUS NOW! you have access to our Australian and world wide database where you can search for items that we may not have in stock but can order in for you. We supply all Australian major label and independent releases and import titles, with weekly air shipments from the USA and UK, and frequently from Canada, Germany, Holland, Italy, France, Japan, Argentina and more. There is still a large amount of second hand and rare/collectable items that are yet to be added. So if there is something that you are after that you cannot find please e-mail us we'll check the stock that is yet to be added. |

ITEMS SENT WITHIN AUSTRALIA All items sent within Australia are insured free of charge. ALL OVERSEAS ITEMS There is an overseas insurance option that you can select at the check out. It is AU$7.50 flat rate and we advise that you do insure your parcel. We will not be held responsible for correctly addressed parcels that go missing. |

| ° In stock items will be shipped out immediately ° All out of stock items (All items that do not say in stock) will be ordered the same day and shipped out when they arrive. ° You will not be charged for out of stock items until they are ready to ship from us. ° You will be charged the amount listed on the site on the day that you placed the order unless there is no price at the time of ordering or the price is incorrect (if the price is incorrect you will be e-mailed and advised of the correct cost). You will be e-mailed when a price is established, but you will not be charged until the item is ready to ship to you. ° If you would like your order held until all items have arrived you will need to advise us of this at the checkout in the additional comments field. |
